The purpose of this manual is to assist in the preparation of a IUCLID Downstream User Report under the REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006. More precisely it outlines the IUCLID sections and fields to be filled-in in order to prepare a complete DU Report according to Article 38 of the REACH Regulation.
