German proposals for the restriction of chemical substances
Each Member State of the European Union has the possibility to introduce its own proposals into the restriction procedure.
Within the framework of a "Call for Evidence", manufacurers, importers and users are called upon to submit the information available to them on the respective substances within a set deadline. However, this procedure does not replace the public consultation foreseen under Article 69 paragraph 6 of REACH for restriction proposals.
